Dear Valued Customer

To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of your new spa, we kindly ask you to complete the following preparatory steps. Your timely completion of these steps is crucial for the production and installation process of your spa.

Site Approval:

Objective: Ensure a seamless installation by verifying the delivery path and foundation.
Action Required: Email photos to your sales associate illustrating:
The intended delivery path.
The spa's designated foundation area.
Any potential obstacles that may hinder delivery.
Conformation of a level pad.
Note: While most approvals are done remotely via photo, some cases may require an in-person visit.

Electrical Approval:

Objective: Confirm that your electrical setup is ready and compliant. Check with your dealer for what your spas amp requirements are.
Installed GFCI breaker installed by a certified electrician.
Confirm with your Spa Dealer that the Breaker has been installed before Delivery.
Note: A certified electrician must be present during the spa's delivery.

Final Payment:

Objective: Commence the production of your spa.
Action Required: Complete the final payment using any of the following methods:

Credit Card
Debit Card
Special Financing (coming soon)
